Transmitting Consumer information to Contractors and lead buyers
Providing educational content about flooring types, costs, and installation

We are a marketplace and referral service only. We do not perform flooring work, employ contractors, or guarantee any work performed by Contractors who contact you through our platform.

3. Eligibility

Evaluating and vetting any Contractor before hiring them
Verifying that a Contractor holds appropriate licenses and insurance in your state
Reviewing and agreeing to any contract terms directly with the Contractor
All decisions related to your flooring project

We also cannot guarantee that you will receive a quote, that quotes will meet your budget, or that Contractors will be available in your area. Pricing information on our website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute a quote or binding price estimate.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@lp.fairflooringquote.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND FAIRFLOORQUOTE.COM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.

Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims related to intellectual property infringement are excluded from arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which FairFloorQuote.com is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent court proceedings are permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in that state.
